The Rolls is a fat tyre e-bike in the true sense: 20 x 4.0 off road rubber on double wall rims, an adjustable front fork and a DNM rear coil shock doing the work underneath the moto bench. Fat 20 x 4.0 tyres float over soft sand, so beach access tracks and private coastal blocks are home turf.

Is delivery slower or assembly different for a town this far along the coast?
Assembly is exactly the same wherever it lands, 80 to 90 percent built with every tool included, so Port Fairy buyers aren't doing anything different to anyone else. The free delivery covers the distance without extra cost, and the finishing steps still take about an hour.
Where can I ride around Port Fairy?
Modus e-bikes are high powered and built for off road and private property riding: sand, acreage, trails and permitted off road areas. They are not classified as road legal e-bikes in Australia, so keep throttle and high speed modes for private property and check your local rules before you ride.
