THE BIKE
-
We are a locally owned Australian business based in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. Every bike ships from our warehouse with tracking, and you can also collect your bike from us for free.
-
Because one bike done properly beats ten done averagely. Every hour we have goes into the Rolls: the spec, the spares, the support. It means we know every bolt on the bike you're riding, parts are always on hand, and the price stays sharp.
-
The Rolls runs a genuine Samsung 52V 20Ah battery rated for up to 100km per charge. Real world range depends on rider weight, terrain, tyre pressure and how hard you push it. Two adults on soft sand will use more battery than one rider cruising a flat track.
-
The included 52V 3A fast charger takes the battery from flat to full in roughly 6 to 8 hours. The battery is removable, so you can charge it on the bike or take it inside and charge it off the bike.
-
The genuine Samsung cells in the Rolls are rated for hundreds of full charge cycles, which works out to years of regular riding before you notice reduced range. To get the most from it: don't leave it sitting on the charger for days, keep it out of extreme heat, and if you're not riding for a few weeks store it indoors at around half charge. Replacement batteries are available from us when the time eventually comes.
-
Yes. The Rolls runs its Samsung battery inside a UL 2849 certified electrical system, the safety certification covering the complete e-bike electrical system: motor, battery, controller and wiring. The battery pack itself is UL 2271 certified, and the included charger complies with Australian standards. Always use the supplied charger and charge on a hard, dry surface.
-
Yes. The Rolls is built for two, with a full length moto bench seat and alloy passenger foot pegs included as standard. It has the power to tackle hills comfortably with two adults on board.
-
The Rolls is rated to a 180kg maximum load. Between the 6061 alloy frame, dual suspension and fat tyres, it stays comfortable and planted with two adults on board.
-
Everything you need to ride: the Rolls itself 80 to 90 percent assembled, rear rack and fenders, LED headlight, alloy passenger foot pegs, water bottle holder, kickstand, bell, the 52V 3A fast charger, an owner's manual and the tools for final assembly. There are no hidden extras to buy before your first ride.
-
No. It arrives 80 to 90 percent assembled and most people finish the job in under an hour with the tools supplied in the box. If you get stuck at any point, contact us and we'll talk you through it, or any local bike shop can finish the assembly for you.

-
That is exactly what the 20 x 4.0 fat tyres are for. Sand, gravel and grass are all fair game on private property and permitted off road areas. After a beach session, give the bike a quick fresh water rinse and dry it off to keep salt away from the components, and avoid riding through deep water.

WARRANTY, SERVICING AND SPARE PARTS

-
Use the contact page or email us with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo or video if you can. We'll diagnose it quickly, ship any parts needed, and talk you or your local mechanic through the fix. Because we only build one bike, parts are on hand rather than on back order.
-
Any local bike shop can look after the mechanical side: brakes, gears, tyres and general tuning, just like a normal bike. For anything electrical, contact us directly and we'll arrange parts and talk you or your mechanic through it.
-
Treat it like any quality bike. Check tyre pressure and brakes regularly, keep the chain clean and lubricated, and book a general tune at a bike shop every 6 to 12 months depending on how hard you ride. After beach rides, a quick fresh water rinse and dry keeps salt away from the components.
-
Yes. Because we build one bike, we keep spares for every part of it on hand: batteries, chargers, controllers, wheels, brake parts and more. Contact us and we'll ship what you need.
If you still have a question or request please reach us directly by submitting a form on our contact page.
