Can I see the Rolls before I buy?
Our warehouse is in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. If you are ever passing through, message us and we will arrange a look. Otherwise the full specs, gallery, video and 7 day change of mind policy have you covered.
What should I avoid doing when transporting the bike?
Avoid strapping through the suspension or wheels, since that can put uneven pressure on parts not built to take a load that way. Use the main frame for tie down points, keep it upright, and cover it if it will be exposed to the weather for any length of time during the trip.
Where can I ride around Rockdale?
Modus e-bikes are high powered and built for off road and private property riding: sand, acreage, trails and permitted off road areas. They are not classified as road legal e-bikes in Australia, so keep throttle and high speed modes for private property and check your local rules before you ride.
