Delivery

We deliver Australia wide for a $150 flat rate, to every state and territory. Every order ships with tracking, sent to you the moment your bike leaves our warehouse.

Order before 12pm AEST on a business day and your bike is dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery times depend on where you are: metro areas are typically quicker than regional areas. Someone should be available to receive the delivery, as bikes are large items and re-delivery fees may apply if a delivery attempt fails.

PO boxes

Bikes cannot be delivered to PO boxes or parcel lockers. Please provide a street address at checkout. Small accessories can ship to PO boxes.

Free pickup

You can collect your bike free of charge from our warehouse in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. Choose pickup at checkout or contact us to arrange a time.
